TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF REVIEWS:
Guidelines for appropriate content in product reviews:
Product reviews must refer to the item in question on the relevant product page.
Product reviews must not include illegal content.
This includes offensive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, violent, and sexually explicit content.
Product reviews must not violate the rights of other individuals or organizations, including rights to privacy, intellectual property, and data protection.
Product reviews must not contain personal data (e.g., phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses).
Product reviews must not include content created for advertising or other commercial purposes. This also includes company logos, internet links, or company names.
Each customer can submit only one review per product.
If a product review is submitted with a name, this must be truthfully stated. Impersonating another person or organization is not permitted.
If a review is offensive or considered spam, it will be automatically deleted or marked as spam.
In accordance with Legislative Decree 26/2023 "Omnibus" implementing EU Directive 2019/2161, the published reviews are verified and expressed only by purchasing and using users.
Beautyzon has activated a fidelity system "points and rewards".
After the purchase, the system sends the user an email requesting them to review the purchased products; the customer, buyer, is "rewarded" once the review has been submitted, verified, and published.
The reward consists of loyalty points loaded onto the customer's profile to take advantage of the rewards of the Loyalty Program.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS:
The Service Provider may offer special discounts or promotions for the purchase of products.
Promotions and offers are always granted at the sole discretion of the Provider.
Repeated or periodic promotions or discounts do not constitute any claim or right enforceable by Users in the future.
Depending on the case, discounts and promotions are valid for a specific period of time or while supplies last.
Unless otherwise specified, the time limits for promotions and discounts refer to the time zone of the Provider's registered office.
