Right of Withdrawal

The Customer, if a consumer pursuant to art. 3 of the Consumer Code, has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Terms for exercising the Right of Withdrawal in the case of a periodic purchase plan

In the case of purchases through the periodic purchase plan, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the first good.

How to exercise the Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to exercise your Right of Withdrawal, you are required to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by contacting Customer Service at 0143 889662 or by e-mail at clienti@evo-beauty.it and formalizing the explicit request through the appropriate return form (view). The deadline within which you can exercise the right of withdrawal will be considered met if your communication concerning the exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Product return

If you intend to avail yourself of the Right of Withdrawal, you must send the products without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated to Evo Beauty Srl the decision to withdraw from the Contract, to the address Evo Beauty Srl | Via G. Di Vittorio, 13-15 – 15076 Ovada (AL) ITALY

Exclusions

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, you will not be able to benefit from the right of withdrawal, among others, in the following cases: supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate and expire rapidly (e) supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and if they have been opened after delivery.

Refund and effects of withdrawal

The return of the product through the exercise of the Right of Withdrawal in the aforementioned ways entails the reimbursement of the price of the purchased product as well as, in case of full return of the order, shipping and cash on delivery costs, if any, while the direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you.

Evo Beauty Srl is not obliged to reimburse you for any additional costs resulting from your eventual choice of a different and more expensive shipping method compared to the delivery method offered by Evo Beauty Srl.

The refund procedure will be activated within 3 days from the date of the request. The refund will normally be made using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase. In case of cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer (in this case, you will have to provide Evo Beauty Srl with your IBAN).
