• Products purchased will be shipped throughout Italy via BRT courier.
  • Once the goods have been entrusted to the courier, you will receive an email from spedizioni@brt.it or an SMS notification from BRT SpA with the tracking link to track the shipment.

  • Your package will be delivered directly to you at the delivery address you specify during the order process. If a caretaker or doorman is to collect the package, ensure they sign the courier's delivery note themselves.
  • If you are not found at the delivery address, a paper notice of attempted delivery will be left, and an SMS or email will be sent. 

The shipping cost is Euro 6.20.
Shipping is free for orders equal to or greater than 100 Euros.
If payment is made by cash on delivery, shipping costs will be increased by 3€.

Orders are processed and shipped on the first working day following the order and delivery times are normally 24/48 hours; in cases of congestion at the arrival branches, delivery times may be extended.

It is possible to place orders with shipping to other countries. Below are the shipping costs, which are handled by BRT, TNT FedEx or DHL couriers, within 4-9 working days:

RETURNS

If you have received a product that is non-compliant or has a manufacturing defect, you can, within 14 days from the date of receipt, contact us via email at clienti@evo-beauty.it or via WhatsApp message at 3881108202, indicating the report.

The customer service will guide you through the return assistance and the repair / replacement / refund of the product will be evaluated. The refund procedure will be generated on the original payment method of the order and will be implemented within 3 days of the refund request.
